Business Consultant for Sales Force Automation (SFA)

Ihre Aufgaben

• Analyze our customer's business processes related to Sales&Marketing inside the Würth Group;

• Collect business requirements and evaluate optimization possibilities;

• Design innovative solutions for our customers making their business processes more efficient;

• Organize as well as hold trainings and customer workshops;

• Support customers during the whole project lifecycle;

• Manage accounts and support assigned customers;

• Provide consultancy related to new SW releases & functionalities

Ihr Profil

• Strong interest in Consulting business and in business process optimization;

• Outstanding analytical and communication skills;

• Good team player and highly customer oriented;

• Willingness to travel;

• IT affinity;

• Fluency in German, good Italian and English language skills;

• Familiarity with wholesale related business processes or professional experiences in a similar role will be an advantage
