The Project Manager m/f/d is responsible for the optimization of internal project management and the overall coordination of all customer orders as an essential component of the structural and process organization, taking into account the deadline and cost targets as well as the resources available in terms of personnel.

Tasks

• Optimization & maintenance of a software-supported project planning across all customer orders

• Continuous updating of capacity planning

• Consideration of deadline and cost targets

• Support in meeting milestones per project

• Early detection & avoidance of deviations from the plan

• Control of countermeasures in the event of unavoidable deviations from the plan

• Interface to and contact person for internal departments in the context of project management

• Coordination with customers & partners as needed

• Direct reporting to the management

Ihr Profil

• Preferably completed studies in industrial engineering, mechanical engineering or comparable training

• Work experience in a similar position desirable

• Structured and goal-oriented way of working

• Hands-on mentality and strong communication skills

• Assertiveness

• Good technical understanding

• Committed, responsible team player with a strong logical understanding

• Confident handling of PC & MS Office

• Good command of written and spoken English
