Job Definition

The Business Unit Data Manager RMI we provide the market with manufacturer-compliant repair and maintenance information as well as process-supporting services. As an Agile Master you will continue to drive our agile transformation and have a major impact on the way our teams work.

The following tasks await you in your daily work

• Analyse: Identify improvement potentials in the collaboration of our interdisciplinary and global teams
• Methology & Tools: Support teams with your expertise and the right methodologies and tools to enhance reflection, communication, ownership, and entrepreneurial thinking
• Support: Influence the way teams, product owners and all relevant stakeholders work with tools and methodologies to achieve the set goals together
• Accompany: Steer, facilitate and support all ceremonies in an agile framework
• Pave the way: Eliminate barriers and ensure a productive work environment and decision making process across business unit boundaries
• Create cohesion: Lead and support team-building activities

Job Qualification

• 5+ years in a similar position
• Proven project and team management skills, in a decentralized, international environment, ideally in software development, IT, and/or related processes and procedures.
• Experienced in agile methods and tools, such as Scrum, Kanban, Design Thinking - ideally certified in a recognized agile method
• Experience with collaborative tools like Microsoft DevOps, Teams and Miro
• Good sense for the situation, good knowledge in conflict and problem solving
• Strong moderation and presentation personality with empathy
• Fluent in English and German
• Willingness to travel occasionally
