Outstanding web development skills in JAVA / Spring,

ReactJS (or similar) and web technologies

Solid understanding of all layers in the tech stack in

true full-stack spirit

Exceptional knowledge of JAVA / Spring and common tools of the trade like maven

Knowledge of ReactJS (or similar frameworks) for building single page web applications

Understanding of high-performance applications (ideally using NoSQL datastores)

Commitment to deliver great user experience and design to make users smile

At least 6 years of professional experience developing applications with a degree in engineering or computer science, You are driven by the desire to deliver cool products and solutions with your extensive knowledge and positive work-and-life mindset

You exhibit a no-bullshit attitude and love to grow into new areas and understand the bigger picture

You know how to manage yourself to keep track of priorities and enjoy the benefits of working in a distributed team and a very flexible working environment
