Production and QC Lead

Ihre Aufgaben

• Responsible for production of Next Generation Sequencing reagents and others for the liquid biopsy portfolio of Sysmex Inostics Leading a team of dedicated and motivated individuals and develop them according to company goals Being part of the higher management team, reporting directly to the CEO

• QC release testing of produced reagents according to quality standards

• Implementation of new methods and concepts for manufacturing and quality control

• Close collaboration with other company functions like R&D, QA/RA, Project Management, and Supply Chain

Ihr Profil

• Completed university studies in the field of natural sciences or equivalent training

• Ability to take part in strategic decision-making processes

• Good knowledge in molecular biology / biochemistry / chemistry

• Good leadership capabilities

• Experience in working in regulated environments (ISO9001, ideally ISO13485)

• German language knowledge at least B2-level
