Key Activities

• Implement global employer branding measures attracting local target groups

• Take-over and implement Huf corporate responsibility in Romania

• Establish local media relations

• Increase the digital footprint of Huf in Romania (social media, corporate website, landing pages)

• "Think in" and create content:

• Produce content (incl. articles, press releases, social media posts, blog articles, white papers,)

• Coordinate production of multimedia presentations and materials (photo, video, footage etc.)

• Brief and manage external service providers

• Implement content on different channels to address the right target groups (PESO model)

• Plan local communication budget

• Coordinate agencies and other suppliers

Ihr Profil

• University degree in humanities (e.g. languages, economics, communication)

• 5 years of professional experience either in a corporate communications team or an agency

• Excellent writing skills in Romanian and English

• Solid expertise in online marketing and marketing communications

• Experience in employer branding campaigns

• Experience in Microsoft 365 ("digital workplace")

• Good project management skills
