We are looking for a

1.Key Result Areas: Material coordination for Compounding Production

• Review compounding production scheduling in each month
• Evaluate raw material used, conduct raw material planning and coordinated with KNS team to provide raw material as per define grade, quantity & schedule.
• Working with compounding team for raw material preparation and usage.
• Working with planning and logistic team for raw material delivery to support compounding process.
• Work with compounding team to utilize off grade during compounding production process.
• Participate for RCA investigation team for quality related
• Support team for NCM or Segregation report related

**2.Key Result Areas: SAP, Inventory & Reporting

• Input raw material consumption and product output in SAP as regular basis
• Control inventory of raw material, product, non-product in CPDG area
• Conduct month end closing activities & reporting.
• Tracking production history & material consumption though SAP system
• Review & evaluate monthly material consumption/yield in process order under CPDG area
• Providing report as per request ex. off grade report, material consumption report etc.
• Support team for issue PR for any purchasing under compounding process.

**3.Key Result Areas: Packing process

• Coordinate with KNS team for packing operation which included on site packing and VAN Box operation
• Tracking packing output and VAN box output as regular basis
• Support CPDG, QC & KNS team for dealing with packing NCM or quality issued.
• Support CPDG team for dealing with any issue related to packing process
• Participate team for discuss/meeting/investigation for packing operation related
