Responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to drive revenue growth, market expansion and customer acquisition across North America

• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to align sales initiatives and go-to-market plans

• Lead and inspire the sales team by example, mentorship, and coaching to achieve extraordinary results

• Exhibit a growth mindset with the ability to outline long term vision and strategy,

• Providing high level troubleshooting support to the team in the areas of Windows Server on Azure

• Providing technical leadership and subject matter expertise to Azure related initiatives during the design, build, configuration and implementation phases.

• Providing L2 support of major public/private cloud technologies and automation tooling in a multi-platform environment. NOTE: Being on call is a requirement of this role.

• Developing standard requirements and implementation plans for a rapidly evolving product and service landscape including IaaS, PaaS, SaaS, and network/security related solutions.

• Report on system usage, make recommendations for improvements, and determine Orchestration/Automation adoption opportunities

• Assisting in the design, development, testing and implementation of public Cloud Service capabilities to meet or exceed business demands.

  The successful candidate is also required to have the following experience:

• Managing Azure SQL Databases

• Azure Storage Accounts

• As part of the Product Management Team, this candidate should have experience understanding competitive solutions from both a technical and value proposition perspective

• Engage with identity and security leaders at prospects and customers to understand market trends, detailed requirements, clear validations, and use cases

• The candidate will work closely with Sales, Marketing, Support, and Customer Success team

• Clearly articulate position and differentiation against market offerings, and be an expert on competitive capabilities

• Define, build alignment with and lead the execution of the strategy and roadmap for your product teams

• Write, prioritize and accept user stories and epics for security products

• With a strong understanding of the technology marketplace, customer needs and the product roadmap, the PM will help to ensure a strong product adoption within the customer base to drive maximum value and satisfaction while helping to identify upselling opportunity

• Collect customer feedback, market research and competitive analysis to assist in the creation of the product roadmap

• Assist customers with product adoption to ensure maximum value

• Represent WinMagic at various speaking engagements, conferences, and press interviews, Reporting to the VP Sales, the Revenue Operations Manager is responsible for making sure the sales teams are operating as efficiently and productively as possible. Using a healthy amount of data tracking and analysis, the successful incumbent will provide stakeholders with recommendations and insights to improve performance and track success against corporate goals.,

• Identify opportunities to improve sales effectiveness. Coordinate cross-functionally to deliver process improvements, playbooks, toolkits, and skills development

• Develop data-driven insights and recommendations on pipeline, segmentation and targeting, and sales motion

• Ensure our new and existing reps are both onboarded and 'everboarded' well; programs, coaching, training, and tools are in place to provide ongoing learning and development

• Partner with VP sales, to develop annual goals and on driving day-to-day execution,

• Specify, design, implement and port Linux software in a dynamic product development environment

• Design code with special attention to accuracy and security

• Work collaboratively with QA team to define test plans

• Develop unit tests, troubleshoot and resolve software defects,

• Design, develop, test, maintain, and enhance innovative software tools, applications, services and platforms to extend and improve on WinMagic's Enterprise Security Products.,

  Reporting to the Director of Global Technical Support, the Technical Support Specialist will provide WinMagic customers in the EMEA region with an exceptional level of customer service in order to ensure all product support/technical incidents are handled in a timely manner and to the customer's complete satisfaction. In additional to having a strong desire to excel in customer relations, the successful incumbent must possess effective communication skills, exceptional technical acumen and innovative troubleshooting to help resolve customer issues in a timely manner.,

• The incumbent is responsible for first and second level support by helping to identify and resolve customer issues in a professional and in a timely manner (in accordance with published response times) through effective telephone or e-mail communication. The incumbent will own the issue from "cradle to grave" and work with other internal stakeholders as required to drive the issue to resolution.

• The incumbent will manage customer relationships with an eye towards being an advocate for the customer and being completely accountable for what the customer needs from them.

• The incumbent is responsible for maintaining and updating customer information within our Salesforce Service Cloud to include items such as technical environment, contact listing, metadata, database information and workflows. The incumbent is also responsible for clearly documenting all customer interactions within our Salesforce Service Cloud.

• The incumbent is responsible for providing comprehensive reporting of software defects and customer enhancement requests to Product Management, QA and Development teams.

• The incumbent is responsible for authoring technical documents for inclusion in the Knowledge Base to the benefit of both customers and internal stakeholders.
