Your main roles and responsibilities

Develop and implement a global content strategy aligned with the marketing goals and objectives

Plan and create customer-centred content for our products and solutions - e.g. technical articles, blog articles, whitepapers, case studies, …

Develop a deep understanding of our target audience, their needs, challenges, and preferences, and tailor content accordingly

Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external parties, product managers, sales engineers and agencies

Work together with our experts to optimize content for SEO to increase organic reach and improve search rankings

Stay updated with industry trends and competitors' content strategies to identify new opportunities and stay on track, With "rundum g'sund" ("healthy all around"), we offer an extensive programme of events revolving around the topics of health, sports and nutrition. Additionally, you're welcome to make use of a health consultation every four weeks.

you have a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism or a related field

you possess practical experience in Marketing Content Management and Creation in a technical field ideally in the B2B sector

you have exceptional writing and editing skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts in an accessible and engaging manner

ideally you already have experience with content creation tools and platforms and you are familiar with SEO best practices and keyword research tools

you have the ability to translate analytics findings into actionable recommendations to improve performance and to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment

you find it easy to communicate in German and English (written and spoken)
