Ihre Aufgaben

Effectively cooperate with the Production, Quality and Engineering teams to develop and implement plans to eliminate/reduce losses and increase production profitability

Oversee and ensure all current relevant operational system documents are in accordance with best practice and relevant quality standards

Document and maintain manufacturing work instructions relating to product assembly, testing, machine operations and reworks
-
Review and study the current product assembly processes by using SIPOC method to continuously look for improvement to help achieve production goals
-
Generate and maintain manufacturing process flow for the entire product assembly from SMT to product packing
-
Conduct daily audits on production line assembly process flow to ensure maximum efficiency are being achieved in compliance with company quality systems

Support production in solving process issues by applying root cause analysis method and executing appropriate corrective actions
-
Design, maintain and execute training plans or structure that will be applicable to production set-up. Leading a sustainable work culture through the training and coaching
-
Ensure all products are manufactured with the requirements of the quality system and in accordance with desired specifications

Support Process Engineering Team in the implementation, deployment, process validation and monitoring of new products
-
Support Process Engineering Team with overall manufacturing process related improvements
-
Perform other duties and responsibilities as required to support Production

Have a true passion for continuous improvement, with the ability to analyse and provide recommendations on manufacturing excellence, efficiency, waste reduction, and sustainability impact

Exposure to Root Cause Analysis (RCA)
-
Experience in end-to-end project management with the ability to scope, execute and track projects as allocated
-
A pragmatic approach to problem solving, taking a hands-on approach
-
Familiarity with Design for Manufacturing (DFM) practices and manufacturing equipment
-
Experience using state-of-the-art technology, principles, tools, and concepts required
-
Experience developing mechanical requirements, designs, verification and validation of products, and product integration
-
Ability to read and understand engineering drawings, run lists, and schematics and manufacturing instructions
-
Utilize computer skills to prepare appropriate reports and documents.

Manufacturing problems are dealt with in a timely manner.
