Will be responsible for handling day-to-day operational tasks related to payroll, including payroll processing, statutory processing, reporting, bank file management, and other related activities.,
- Payroll Processing:

Accurately process payroll for all employees, ensuring timely and error-free payments.

Validate and reconcile payroll data, ensuring the accuracy of hours worked, leave balances, and other payroll-related information.
- Statutory Processing

Ensure compliance with government-mandated payroll-related regulations and timely submission of required reports and documents.

Stay up-to-date with changes in tax laws and other statutory regulations that impact payroll processing, and make necessary adjustments to ensure compliance.
- Reporting and Documentation:

Generate payroll reports, such as pay slips, payroll summaries, tax reports, and other relevant documents.

Prepare accurate and detailed reports on payroll expenses, benefits, and deductions.

- Bank File Management:

Prepare bank files for payroll processing, ensuring accurate and timely transfer of funds to employees' bank accounts.

Collaborate with financial institutions to resolve any issues related to payroll transactions.

Reconcile bank statements with payroll records and investigate and resolve any discrepancies.
- Process Improvement and Compliance:

Identify areas for process improvement and automation to enhance efficiency and accuracy in payroll processing.

Assist in the implementation and maintenance of payroll software systems or tools.

Conduct regular audits to ensure payroll data integrity and compliance with company policies and legal requirements.

Complete internal tasks as assigned.

Assist with the preparation of training materials to include teaching clients how to utilize the system.

Complete demonstration setups.

Coach junior consultants on customer work.

Ensure work is completed within agreed service levels

Prepare status updates, tracking time, and expenses to ensure timely system implementation.

Complete continuing education activities to attain and maintain professional certifications
Ihr Profil
-
3-4 years of experience in Philippine payroll processing gained from BPO services provider or in a corporate environment.

Knowledgeable on Philippines statutory requirements and regulations as it relate to payroll processing (contribution, taxes, deductions, lodgments etc.). Experience in year-end reports processing is a must (alphalist, BIR forms issuance, annualization, BIR lodgements)

Knowledgeable on HRIS or Payroll systems such as SAP SuccessFactors, PeopleSoft, Workday, Oracle, etc.

Experienced in mapping, streamlining, and documenting business processes

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Management, Accounting, Information Technology, or equivalent experience in related field.
Desired Qualifications

Knowledge on SuccessFactors EC/ECP module preferred.

Working knowledge in Payroll Functional or Technical role capacity is a plus.
