Ihre Aufgaben

• Your main tasks will be the support and further development of our IT infrastructure as well as the support of our developers (m/f/d).

• As an IT team member, you will be responsible for the operation of the IT systems (including Active Directory, Microsoft 365, ticket and collaboration systems) together with your colleagues.

• You support the installation, configuration, inventory, administration and maintenance of client hardware and software.

Ihr Profil

• You have successfully completed an IT specialist apprenticeship (m/f/d), a comparable IT-related apprenticeship, a degree in the field of IT or corresponding professional experience.

• You already have experience in the administration of Windows server infrastructures as well as in the areas of networks and firewalls.

• You have experience in the area of IT support and in dealing with IT ticket systems.

• Organizational skills, open-mindedness as well as teamwork and communication skills are a matter of course for you.

• You have an independent, solution-oriented and creative way of working and like to take responsibility.
