Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Paid Media Digital Head to lead our digital advertising efforts and drive results-oriented campaigns across various online channels for client across India. As the Paid Media Digital Head, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective strategies to maximize brand exposure, increase customer acquisition, and optimize return on investment (ROI) for all our clients. This role requires a deep understanding of digital advertising platforms, strong analytical skills, and a proven track record of managing successful paid media campaigns.
Responsibilities:
Develop and execute comprehensive paid media strategies that align with the company's goals and objectives.Manage and optimize paid media campaigns across multiple platforms, including but not limited to Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other relevant channels.Conduct thorough competitor analysis, and audience segmentation to inform campaign targeting and messaging.Monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and generate actionable insights to improve key performance indicators (KPIs) such as conversion rates, click-through rates (CTRs), and cost per acquisition (CPA).Collaborate with internal teams, including biddable media, creative, and content, to ensure campaign alignment and integration across all digital touchpoints.Stay up to date with industry trends, emerging platforms, and best practices in paid media advertising, and proactively recommend innovative strategies to enhance campaign performance.Manage relationships with external clients and vendors, ensuring high-quality deliverables, and effective budget management.Develop and present regular reports on campaign performance, ROI, and key metrics to stakeholders and senior management.Conduct A/B tests and implement optimization techniques to continuously improve campaign effectiveness and efficiency.Stay abreast of changes in advertising policies, compliance requirements, and privacy regulations to ensure full compliance in all campaigns.Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising, business, or a related field. A master's degree is a plus.Proven experience (8-10 years) managing paid media campaigns across multiple platforms, including not limited to Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and LinkedIn Ads.Strong understanding of digital advertising principles, including campaign optimization, audience targeting, bidding strategies, and conversion tracking.Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager, or similar platforms.Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data, identify trends, and drive actionable insights.Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously and meet deadlines.Demonstrated experience in managing and allocating budgets effectively to achieve desired outcomes.Knowledge of SEO principles and their impact on paid media campaigns.Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex information to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.Detail-oriented with a strong focus on quality assurance and campaign performance monitoring.Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, dynamic work environment and quickly learn new tools and technologies.As the Paid Media Digital Head, you will play a pivotal role in driving our organization's digital advertising success.
