Associate Director Statistical Programming

We are currently looking for an Associate Director Statistical Programming to support an FSP client's programming activities within their Full Development projects.

How you will contribute:

• Hands-on contributions for programming tasks different levels of complexity

• Leadership at trial, project, activity level

• People management

Ihr Profil

• Bachelor degree in Statistics, Life Sciences, Computer Sciences or similar field. Master's level preferred

• 10 or more years of statistical programming working with clinical trial data in the Pharmaceutical & Biotech industry, if possible with people management experience.

• Strong proficiency in SAS applied to clinical trial and project data

• Knowledge of CDISC, in particular ADaM and reporting standards

• Good mentoring and people management skills

• Experience leading programming activities at trial and project level

• Experience with pooling, project-level deliverables (ISS/ISE, submission, safety reports etc.) and adhoc work highly desired

• Ability to work effectively and successfully in a globally dispersed team environment with cross-cultural partners.

• Strong communication and proactive strategic thinking
