Key Responsibilities
Shiseido Assistant Brand Manager is responsible for supporting Brand Manager in developing and implementing Marketing, PR, and Digital & E-Commerce strategies as well as supporting Sales Manager in analysing sales results and reporting.
Marketing
- Create & Execute strong & creative 360 Launch and re-promote plans according to Brand Strategy & guidelines- including forecast/allocation, visual merchandising, launch mechanics and digital plans aligned with Brand Manager
- Strategically develop Marketing calendar together with Brand Manager and formulate marketing initiatives and strategies that align with total brand objectives
- Implement new product launch plans and prepare qualitative and quantitative post launch analysis
- Ensure growth of all priority segments/categories
- Liaise closely with the Visual Merchandising team to implement merchandising guidelines to ensure consistency of image, ensuring the brands look best in class in all store environments
- Localise and maximise brand creative making sure all executions are aligned to brand guidelines and approved by the Brand Manager
- Collaborate closely with Sales & Education on the planning and execution of launches for on-counter/in-store events & VIP consumer events.
Budgeting
- Prepare, manage, and control A&P budget effectively (which includes provisions for Visual Merchandising, Events, Digital efforts, and third-party agencies where applicable)
- Local brand management including P&L steering to make sure all brand investments are delivering vs target KPIs and profitability targets with brand manager
Reporting
- Daily, weekly, monthly reporting to the brand manager and regional contacts.
- Manage Business Mix reports & category based growth reports collaboratively with marketing & sales teams.
- Manage the monthly, yearly presentations made both internally & globally
- Collate and share competitor's pricing analysis to support in-market pricing strategy
- Responsible for analysing monthly each individual categories' sales history and corresponding marketing investment and support development of future strategies on the basis of that analysis alongside National Brand & Sales Manager
- Conducting pre and post analysis of launches and promotions - qualitative and quantitative.
Category Management -
- Plan and collaborate with Demand Planning of our need in new products, collaterals, and samples according to the brand calendar
- Analyze all new product launches in sell-out analysis
- Track the ordering of pre-series, finished goods and POSM items to maximize the market allocation
Digital & PR
- Lead the execution of online campaigns & E-PR collaborations, with a strong interaction with both PR agency & retailers, report post campaign results.
What are we looking for in you ?
- 4 years' university degree andexcellent communication skills in English
- Min 3 years of experience in marketing, brand development, sales and execution experience in FMCG
- Digital savy & creative & team player
- Growth mindset and results driven
- Innovative, ambitious, and able to take initiative
- Ability to handle multiple tasks with strong coordination skills
- Having a market and consumer insight in beauty industry is a plus
- Experience with managing a team will be valued
- Strong numerical and PC skills/proficient in MS-Office (Word, Excel and Powerpoint)
- Visible Leadership skills - can motivate and lead with integrity others to achieve results
