The Payroll Administrator will perform all activities necessary to process payroll, including maintaining related records, filing tax reports, and processing voluntary deduction reports and involuntary deductions., The Payroll Administrator will perform duties including, but not limited to:

Perform all work in a manner consistent with the National Youth Advocate Program's mission, values, and philosophies.

The preparation and processing of bimonthly payroll for over 2,000 employees.

Review and ensure the accuracy of approved time sheets.
-
Track and deduct all garnishments and other special payroll deductions.

Responsible for the coordination efforts between payroll, human resources, and the financial department to ensure the proper flow and maintenance of employee data.

Handle the administration of the electronic timekeeping system.

Assist with billing for insurance, worker's compensation, and HRIS software billing

Facilitate mailed tax notices, income verifications, etc. received at the corporate headquarters
Ihr Profil
-
Minimum of an Associate's Degree in Business Administration/Finance.
-
3 years' experience performing all functions of payroll preferred
-
Strong computer skills including Office Word and Excel.

Certified Payroll Professional (CPP) preferred.
-
Proficient use of desktop and laptop computers, smart phones and tablets, printers, fax machines and photocopiers as well as software including word processing, spreadsheet and database programs.
OTHER SKILLS

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Must be able to work with little supervision.
