This position is responsible for ensuring that proposed projects comply with a wide array of federal compliance as well as internal and external procedural requirements, facilitate proposal reviews and submittals, and assistance with identified programs requiring budgetary tasks and maintenance. Primary Responsibilities Responsible for managing all aspects of assigned grant proposals and received grant awards to NKU, including fostering relationships and maintaining expertise with federal, state, local, and private funding agencies. Assist with external web-based database for all grant activity, train users in RGC's interactive web-based software platforms, present outreach activities to faculty and staff pertaining to external funding and federal regulations, provide budgetary assistance to internal university research-related programs, etc.

Familiar with Federal Office of Budget and Office Management circulars, technically proficient in grant specific web-based interactive content development, experienced with multiple types of databases, and possess the skills to make necessary adaptations, create SOPs and training materials for faculty and staff pertaining to interactive research compliance programs and various databases. Experience with budgetary development and controls required.
