Ihre Aufgaben

• Conceptualise, develop, produce and run global e-learning master-productions for our new product launches within the global training projects

• Support your projects with hands-on creation of relevant assets such as graphics, small animations, videos and H5Ps

• Be responsible for your digital training production process - from conceptual design, story writing and development to post-production and final release

• Closely collaborate with our instructional designers and exchange your expertise within the Global training innovation team

Ihr Profil

Are you also at home and flexible in Articulate Storyline, engaging didactics, good graphic design and video production?,

• Solid experience in technical story writing

• Deep expertise in web-based training development with Articulate Storyline

• Fundamental knowledge of video production and post-production using Adobe CC

• Advanced graphic design skills using Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator

• Experience with planning and coordination of complex media productions by following a creative, pragmatic and deadline-oriented approach

• Resourceful communication skills to elaborate content with our SMEs

• Knowledge of multilingual localisation requirements and change compatibility of media

• Organised, structured and independent work style

• A fast learner, open to hybridise and grow in skills

• Enthusiastic about working in a global development team with intercultural competence and the responsibility for global support coverage

• Profound knowledge of English, written and spoken

• Willingness to travel globally (approx. 30%)
