Service Technician (m/f)

Ihre Aufgaben

• Maintaining and servicing electric and fuel combustion industrial trucks

• UVV testing in accordance with the applicable legal regulations

• Completing all tasks on the customer's premises

• Communicating with the customer while on site

• Assessing and evaluating damage and defects as a basis for preparing cost estimates, You will be responsible for:

• Selling new and used machines in the field

• Processing customer inquiries and preparing offers

• Closely collaborating with the service, rental and back office staff

• Acquiring new customers

• Customer care and expansion of the existing customer base

• Experience in the aforementioned segments preferred

• Reliability

• Basic experience in the distribution of technical products (experience in the industrial trucks or construction and agricultural machine sector are preferred)

• Good social skills, confident and authoritative appearance

• Proficient in traditional Office applications
