Service Technician

Ihre Aufgaben

• Completes repair and maintenance work on industrial mixers

• Independent installation and commissioning of our equipment worldwide with main focus North America

• Consult, instruct, and train customers on equipment usage and maintenance

• IT-supported reporting of installation, service, and maintenance assignments

• Maintains tools and material inventory in the service vehicle

• Service call management

• Complete field reports and other reporting as required

• Sales of parts and service for after project installation

Ihr Profil

• Technical training as an industrial mechanic, mechatronics technician or equivalent and/or previous experience as a service technician on industrial equipment

• Prefer technical customer service experience

• Ability to travel nationally and internationally 75%

• High level of commitment and initiative; ability to work indepedently

• Class B drivers license

• Strong service orientation, customer communication, and willingness to learn

• Strong familiarity with standard software packages (Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, etc)

• PLC knowledge and experience preferred (Siemens/AB)

• Professional yet friendly appearance; ability to work as a team

• German as a second language would be beneficial, but not required.
