To strengthen our Production Planning department at the Osnabrück site, we are looking for the following person to start as soon as possible Head of Planning & Project Controlling (m/f/d) Objectives on this role:

• Technical and disciplinary leadership of the team

• Creation of production orders for production planning, as well as ensuring the availability of all required materials

• Monitoring and control of production output

• Training and further education (qualification) of the employees

• Rough and detailed planning of the allocation of machines and equipment in the production area

• Coordination of the required machine capacities, personnel capacities and material requirements with the adjacent areas of sales, materials management, development, technology and the respective area management

• Continuous improvement of process flows from customer order to shipment

• Establishment of a transparent production/project controlling system

Ihr Profil

• Completed studies in the field of business administration or industrial engineering or comparable training with corresponding professional experience in the production planning area

• Distinct planning and analytical thinking skills

• Experience in managing and leading a team desirable

• Confident handling of MS Excel and experience with SQL programming desirable

• Advanced knowledge of ERP systems an advantage

• Very good communication skills, paired with assertiveness and a structured independent way of working
