We are looking for you to strengthen our team for the position of Sales Manager for Sourdough Starter Cultures (m/f/d) Objectives of this role:

Sales of starter cultures and service products worldwide

Technological, sales-oriented consulting of new and existing customers

Target-oriented acquisition of new customers

Independent development and expansion of customer relationships

Preparation and follow-up of quotations

Proactive expansion of activities and collaboration in the further development of the product portfolio in the area of starter cultures

Participation in market and competition analysis

Support in marketing activities, implementation of seminars/webinars as well as participation in trade fairs with the aim of customer acquisition

Internal training regarding bakery technology topics and sales arguments
Ihr Profil

Successfully completed training as a baker, or as a specialist for food technology
-
Expertise in application technology
-
Experience in a large-scale bakery or food industry

Experience in the production and processing of sourdoughs

Good knowledge of raw materials and products

Fluency in written and spoken English and willingness to travel internationally on business trips

Structured, independent, proactive way of working

Ability to work in a team

Experience in sales, distribution or field service desirable

Master's degree as a baker or as a specialist for food technology desirable
