Site Construction Manager (Piping)

Ihre Aufgaben

Lead/ advise on / coordinate Subcontractors / clients Site activities within a plant area

• Coordinate interfaces with Finland engineering and local contractor

• Coordinates incoming materials and erection documentation in due time

• Responsible for the quality and design conform execution of the Site works within a plant areaand piping discipline

• Reviews subcontractors / clients working procedures & ITPs / SDIs

• Witness Site / pre-commissioning tests of any kind within the area or the discipline

• Accountable for the timely completion of works within a plant area and disciplines.

• Provides monthly updates of progress / forecast of completion dates to the site management /scheduler.

• Keep records of modification (as-built updates)

• Organize subcontractor/ clients quality / turn-over- documentation for the discipline

• Certifies mechanical completion / ready for commissioning for the area / disciplines

• Monthly Site status reporting for the area and disciplines.

Ihr Profil

To succeed you will need:

• Relevant technical education or higher degree

• Understanding of piping engineering and design is mandatory

• 10 years experience in Engineering and Site works on a foreign plant Site, >5 years in a leading role

• Well founded skills in quality requirements of industrial plants

• Technology, process and engineering understanding

• Knowledge of industrial HSE, QAQC and Schedule standards

• Understanding of Controls Tools for Cost and Schedule

• Planning and organizing

• Managing performance of his subcontractor

• Contract & Claims management knowledge

• Availability for frequent long-term assignments to foreign countries.

• Capability to work with others in a matrix from a range of cultures within a diverse political, economic, technical and social environment

• High stress tolerance: ability to work under pressure with tight deadlines

• Good English language knowledge
