Ihre Aufgaben
You work in a dynamic, fast-growing environment and you enjoy a high degree of freedom of action in alignement with the global HR strategy. You are the driving force for our supervisors and support in all HR-relevant and labor law matters. This also includes the management and implementation of recurring international HR processes. You will report to the Global HR Director and join a international HR-Team.
Your job and main tasks

Counselling and support for employees and managers in all personnel-related matters

Boost the recruitment strategy in a fast-growing company

Manage the integration process for new employees

Take charge of temporary needs

Manage the payroll process for Germany in conjunction with external partners

Implement the skills development plan and present the monitoring KPIs (sourcing, monitoring of sessions, monitoring of safety training, assessment etc.)

Collaboration with the Works Council

Manage the administrative process (declarations, administrative files etc.)

Manage the exit process

Working closely with the EHS department to ensure compliance with safety requirements and develop a "safety culture"

Ihr Profil

Complete university degree with a focus on human resources management or successfully completed commerical training with several years of relevant work experience in HR

Several years of relevant professional experience in HR, ideally in a fast-growing company
-
Deep expertise in the German labour, Social Security law, Works Constitution Law

Proficient in MS Office and expertise in other HR tools, e.g. ATS, payroll syst

Business fluent in written and spoken English and German
-
High sense of confidentiality/discretion

Ability to manage a multitude of subjects simultaneously, priority management and capacity to take decision and to influence

Ability to create links and trust, to listen, develop collaborative work with other stakeholders
