We are currently seeking an enthusiastic and dynamic Sales Manager to lead our expansion into the US market.
Ihre Aufgaben

Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to establish Compaqpeat as one of the leading suppliers of growing media in the US market.

Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients.

Identify and target potential customers, cultivating leads, and closing sales.

Provide market insights and feedback to support product development and marketing efforts.

Attend industry trade shows, conferences, and events as needed.

Travel locally and internationally to meet with clients and partners as required.
Ihr Profil

Background in horticulture or agriculture with a deep understanding of growing media.

Minimum of 5 years of sales experience in the growing media industry.

Exceptional interpersonal skills with a talent for building and maintaining client relationships.

Strong negotiation abilities and a track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Willingness to travel locally and internationally as needed.
