Ihre Aufgaben


We are currently seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join a premier team of HR Specialists at the 100 Force Support Squadron, Royal Air Force Mildenhall, United Kingdom. The primary purpose of this position is to serve as an HR Specialist (Pensions/Employee Relations [EMR]) in a developmental capacity, performing assignments designed to further develop applicable analytical and evaluative skills and techniques. You will provide UK HR Support within the Civilian Personnel Office in a developmental capacity in preparation of performing at the full performance staff grade 11 in Local National Pensions/EMR. You will perform developmental assignments, recurring assignments, and carry out special projects, participating in special initiatives and studies. You will prepare written correspondence and other documentation.,

  • Hours of work: Start & end times may be modified due to mission needs and in accordance with organization's flexible working policies.

  • Will be required to handle and safeguard sensitive information in accordance with applicable US and UK laws, rules, and regulations.

  • Must obtain and maintain the appropriate security clearance.

  • May be assigned other duties that are appropriate to the grade and skill set of the employee.

  • May be required to travel by military and/or civilian aircraft in the performance of official duties or attend necessary training. Position may be coded as mission essential.

  • A 6-month probationary period will be required.

  • Overtime may be required.

  • May be required to travel overnight to US or other countries in the performance of official duties or attend necessary training. Other significant facts pertaining to this position are

  • Knowledge of the principles, concepts, and theories of (LN Pensions and Employee Relations), and the standard practices, methods, and techniques of the occupation sufficient to perform difficult, but well-precedented assignments.
  • Knowledge of analysis, evaluation, fact-finding, and investigative techniques in order to gather data, identify significant factors, and recommend a solution from a number of possible alternatives.
  • Knowledge of the occupation to perform studies and prepare reports, documentation, and correspondence to communicate factual and procedural information clearly.
  • Skill in applying the principles, concepts, and practices of the occupation sufficient to perform moderately difficult assignments.
  • Ability to communicate clearly, concisely, and with technical accuracy, both orally and in writing, as well as work in a professional manner with peers and management.
  • Ability to learn and apply analytical investigative techniques to accomplish work in the subject-matter field.,
