Accounts Payable and Expenses Specialist

Ihre Aufgaben

Reporting to the Head of Finance, this role's main purpose is to fully oversee the Accounts Payable and Expense Functions for North America ensuring timely payment to company suppliers and internal employees.

Duties will include, but not be limited to:

• Coding, matching, registering and processing of supplier invoices

• Preparing biweekly supplier payment runs and posting payments within SAP

• Maintaining supplier accounts and information on SAP

• Undertaking reconciliations when required to agree balances due to suppliers

• Processing and auditing of authorised expense claims - ensuring that policies are being met by authorising managers and employees. Offering training and support on expense process.

• Maintaining creditors ledger and monthly bank reconciliations in line with given deadlines

• Proposing and supporting effective process improvements

Ihr Profil

The successful candidate will have proven relevant experience in a similar role where they have proven experience in balancing conflicting requirements. You will be highly motivated with experience of achieving targets in fast paced environment.

You will also possess:

• High attention to detail and accuracy

• Excellent computer skills, Excel, CRM, and other finance applications

• The ability to work under pressure and to deadlines

• Proven track record of challenging existing processes and implementing more efficient and effective procedures

• Excellent interpersonal, team working, communication and presentation skills
