Ihre Aufgaben


  • User Management (Accounts, Groups, AD)
  • Managing user accounts and groups in Active Directory

  • Ensuring proper permissions and access rights

  • License Management & Purchasing
  • Monitoring and managing software licenses

  • Procuring licenses as per company requirements

  • Network Management
  • Ensuring the availability and performance of the company's network

  • Troubleshooting and optimizing network components

  • Backup and Recovery
  • Planning and executing backup and recovery processes

  • Ensuring data integrity and availability

  • Asset Management
  • Tracking and managing IT assets and resources

  • Updating inventory data

  • Involvement in different projects


Ihr Profil


  • You bring a university degree or equivalent qualification with a minimum of 3 years of experience in IT operations.

  • Proficiency in IT Service Management and ideally certifications in ITIL

  • You bring comprehensive knowledge of the relevant technologies and systems in IT infrastructure

  • You have strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively with various departments and team members

  • You are a strong team player, capable of working in a collaborative environment

  • You are solution-oriented with the ability to proactively address issues and find efficient solutions
