We are currently looking for Management Support Assistant to join our team. The role will be reporting to VP Cargo Management Portfolio,

Administrative Support: Provide comprehensive administrative support to the management team, assisting with their day-to-day tasks and ensuring smooth operations.

Documentation and Reporting: Prepare and maintain documents, reports, and correspondence. Assist in the creation and editing of presentations, memos, and other materials.

Meeting Coordination: Schedule and organize meetings, appointments, and conferences. Ensure meeting rooms are equipped and materials are prepared in advance.

Communication: Serve as a point of contact between management and internal/external stakeholders. Handle inquiries and communications in a professional and timely manner.

Data Management: Manage data and information, including organizing files, databases, and records. Ensure data accuracy and confidentiality.

Calendar Management: Maintain and update management's calendars, ensuring they are well-organized and appointments are efficiently scheduled.

Expense Tracking: Monitor and track expenses, prepare expense reports, and ensure compliance with company policies.

Project Support: Assist in project management activities, including coordinating tasks, tracking progress, and contributing to project documentation.

Organization: Exceptional organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.

Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills, with attention to detail.

Computer Skills: Proficiency in office software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite) and the ability to learn new software quickly.

Time Management: Excellent time management skills to meet deadlines and prioritize tasks efficiently.

Confidentiality: Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality.

Adaptability: Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.

Problem-Solving: Proactive problem-solving skills and the ability to make decisions independently when needed. Education and Experience:

Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field is a plus.

Experience: Previous experience in an administrative or support role is preferred but not mandatory.

Software Proficiency: Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) is required.
