Marketing Planning - Create a marketing plan which aligns to the Group Marketing Strategy, to support the sales organisations within the Luceco Group in achieving sales growth

Execution - Own the execution, managing pre-planning and activities, whilst coordinating stakeholders and agencies where required to deliver on marketing plan

Targeting Prospects - Improve tactics for targeting prospects throughout the distribution chain to deliver multi-level campaigns, working with trade, retail and independent teams to align on campaign activities and execute.

Increase share of wallet - Look for cross-selling and up-selling opportunities within existing accounts to deliver marketing activities
-
Lead Nurturing - Develop nurturing programmes for prospects engaging or showing interest, to maximise on data being obtained with multi touch points to influence longer term purchasing behaviours

Reporting - Provide monthly results update on marketing activity, spend and results so ROI can be calculated
Fundamentals

Formal Planning - Introduce a formal planning process so that the sales growth marketing plan and campaign plans can be picked up and viewed by anyone

Stakeholder Management - Work with the Sales Directors, ASM's and Product Team to deliver aligned growth campaigns that run to agreed timelines.

Represent marketing in sales meetings and growth planning meetings

Coordinate marketing - project manage the activities to execute a campaign, working closely with digital team, creative team and agencies

Data Led Decision Making - Utilise market data and carry out desk-based research to support a new product being launched in the market

Benchmarking - Do regular customer and competitor benchmarking to support your plans and activities as well as supporting Product Team in bringing new products to market

Standard Operating Procedures - Create SOP's behind marketing processes that align with stakeholders

Monitor and Review - Take ownership for all executed activities to ensure marketing is trackable and return on investment is reportable

Reporting - Provide quarterly update presentations on plan, budget and progress made

Budget management - Deliver marketing in line with agreed budget and clearly track and monitor spend
Content
-
Developing content - Work with marketing team to develop engaging rich content for campaign activities; providing clear brief of requirements and managing approvals process with all stakeholders

Integrated campaigns and consistent content - work with internal marketing team as well as external agencies such as Ad Media, PR and Telemarketing to bring consistent integrated marketing campaigns to life

Value Propositions - Develop value proposition and key messaging framework for our campaigns so that all marketing and messaging can align to it.

Sales enablement- Work on engaging collateral such brochures, flyers, video, animation, podcasts and sales presentations that can be used for sales enablement activities

Events - Work with merchandising & events teams and support in content creation in-line with campaign activities,

Digital Marketing - Work with digital team to increase digital marketing tactics and deliver a program of activities with visible cadence throughout the year (e.g. Newsletters, emails to customers, paid campaigns)

Web Information - Ensure the websites accurately portray the growth campaigns you are working on and relevant information for target audience is readily available

Social plan and posts - Work closely with digital marketing and sales stakeholders to align on messaging and key approach for social posts

Affiliates - Develop non-competing partners we can work with to further promote our business

Work with designated PR agency on relevant news articles to drive press activities

Conduct market research to determine market requirements for existing and future products

Provide marketing support for key events, exhibitions and conferences

Create innovative ways of promoting our brand in key arena's to position BG SYNC EV as one of the leading manufacturers of EV Charging equipment

Ihr Profil

Business or marketing-related degree or equivalent professional qualification
-
Experience in all aspects of developing and managing marketing strategies and plans
-
Digital marketing experience and knowledge
-
Proven experience in campaign planning, coordinating and execution
-
Relevant or similar product and industry knowledge an advantage
-
Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Formal presentation creation/delivering skills
