What you'll be doing

The Greater Picture: At Nobia, we're not just designing kitchens; we're building connections. This role is integral to our journey. You will be a part of a Marketing Automation team at Nobia Group. The team is working with Adobe platform Marketo, so you not only bring the technical knowledge, but also shape and support the technical foundation, suggest and drive improvements and enhancements as needed, in cooperation with business stakeholders and other team members. You will be working from Vilnius office or use hybrid work model. Business trips to Sweden may occur if there is a need to participate in joint workshops or team sessions.

Ihr Profil

Successful candidates should be able to solve, implement and setup various requests in the Marketo system, typically regarding integrations, front-end development, email logic setup, segmentation, and personalization. +5 years of experience working in Adobe Marketo or similar platform (e.g., Eloqua, Salesforce Marketing Cloud) is needed here. You should also be able to communicate efficiently and fluently in English.

• Basic front-end development skills (HTML, CSS).

• Experience in scripting (Velocity scripts highly desirable).

• Knowledge of looping through data arrays and objects.

• Knowledge of the overall Martech integrations, email logic setup, optimization, and segmentation.

• Experience with rendering data from databases.

• Understanding of MVC pattern is beneficial., Pursue a great can-do mentality and obtain project management skills. You challenge the status quo; connect all actions to clear impact and goals and dare to fail. We expect that you proactively think ahead on possible improvements and implementations needed for Marketing Automation.

• You are able to drive work independently as well as cooperate with the team and various stakeholders.

• You easily can debrief a setup in a presentable way to various stakeholders.

• You have a good skill in communication and visualization especially when we talk about presenting technical setups to different stakeholders.

• You listen to customers, colleagues, and other stakeholders; accept different views and opinions; proactively share knowledge and actively show and create openness within the team.

  The salary range is from 3200 - 4000 € gross, depending on your experience and qualifications.
