System validation/ System Test Automation Engineer

Ihre Aufgaben

• Acquire understanding of Efore power systems, power products, energy storage, and their applications

• Specifying and developing end-to-end system validation approaches and test cases

• Developing end-to-end automated test environment, including software and hardware, in cooperation with SW and HW teams

• Designing and building test set-ups, testing, documenting, and analyzing results

• Supporting R&D in technical matters

Ihr Profil

• Experience with test methods, industrial buses, and protocols (GPIB, Ethernet, Serial, RS-485, SPI, I2C etc)

• Experience with test equipment, tools, and methods to work in electrical laboratory

• Understanding of electronics, power electronics equipment and their performance characteristics

• Ability to write and troubleshoot scripts in test automation frameworks such as Robot, Selenium, etc

• Proven experience in other equivalent programming languages is advantage (Python, NI TestStand, NI LabView, C#, etc.)

• Git software revision control and understanding of the GitLab CI/CD pipeline

• Flexible, self-directed, team-oriented, time management skills, continuous learning mentality

• Good communication and documentation skills. Fluent English is required, Finnish or Chinese is a plus

• BSc or MSc degree in electrical engineering or another relevant field

• Ability and willingness to travel occasionally
