Ihre Aufgaben

The role of Business Associate Intern is naturally varied. One day you might be working on high-level and strategic initiatives, the other you could be fighting operational fires and dealing with tasks as they are thrown at you.

We see the Business Associate Intern role as the perfect way to get experience of business development in its truest sense - while building a business. It is the perfect role for you who want to be a founder yourself one day, or have a role in the start-up ecosystem like a VC.

What you'll do:

• Work directly with the co-founder and CEO on commercial, product and organizational development.

• Spearhead your own strategic initiatives, such as identifying which markets to break into next and how to set up a growth marketing strategy. These projects will be selected in discussions with you, based on your strengths and interests.

• Support legal work and finance decisions.

• Support our CEO in the fundraising process by working on a business plan, pitch deck and investor relations etc.

• Help build the operations of the company from scratch and implement key processes, decision-making frameworks, automating workflows in order to prepare to scale-up.

• Organize and execute meetings and events., We're a small team looking for bright individuals to join us our on journey. Within your role you'll be supported by our wider team, but have fantastic autonomy from day 1 to deliver and show passion for what we do! ️

• You're eager to learn and get experience as an early member at a fast paced, rapidly growing technology start-up

• You have already had the opportunity to gain practical experience through an internship / business study activity in operations, business development, analytics or strategy

• You want to get your hands dirty and learn how to build a business from scratch

• You take a high degree of ownership in your work and are ready to attack unfamiliar problems with enthusiasm and a bias for action!

• You have a keen analytical mind, and are proficient in tools like Excel

• You are a strong communicator

• You're self motivated; Able to work independently and think creatively to deliver results

  Note: This is an unpaid position that can be part-time in combination with your studies or other work or full-time for a minimum of three months. For the right candidate, there might be opportunities for a full-time position in the future as we are looking to grow our team further.
