Ihre Aufgaben

Plan and prioritize the integration products backlog, formulate sprints and work closely with other product owners/managers to ensure smooth delivery.

Use user and stakeholder feedback to guide the development of new products and integration enhancements and manage the backlog of the business needs with key stakeholders

Actively and continuous improving the integration strategy in partnership with the enterprise architecture team.

Develop and maintain the integration roadmap (product roadmap) in order to deploy the integration strategy, improve integration capabilities, technical architecture and reduce operation.

Lead, coach, and provide direction to a team of (internal and external) integration engineers and EDI analysts/specialists

Select and manage external partners and hold them accountable to ensure a smooth flow in the "daily business" with a clear communication strategy

Understand the end-to-end picture and convey this picture to relevant parties in development projects and for testing and training purposes

Ensure quality and reusability in a middleware services architecture

Ensure synchronization of the peripheral systems and have good understanding of their interdependencies

Analyze business and customer requirements to find opportunities to improve efficiencies and processes through integration

Proactively monitor integration performance and troubleshoot, resolve, and report integration issues to impacted teams and stakeholders

Adhere to established development and integration processes, best practices, and standards
Ihr Profil
You plan, coordinate, and design integrations of internal and external applications, both on-premise and in the cloud, working closely with our architects. This is a hands-on technical lead position, requiring experience across the full development cycle, with focus on systems integration and interfacing. You will also be responsible for testing the interoperability of application modules under integration. Proven leadership, commu-nication and problem-solving skills, and knowledge of integration best practices are critical to success in this role. By consistently implementing the agile way of working, you can satisfy the needs of the business in a timely manner. You are interested in developing the integration team, keeping up with trends.,

Bachelor or Master of Computer Science or a related discipline and several years of work experience in integration roles

Experience in managing a product team and backlogs

Strong knowledge of integration architecture, design and development processes for integrating on-premise and cloud solutions

Understanding of modern system integration technologies (e.g. API management, RESTful APIs, event brokers, …)

Experience with integration platforms (e.g. Azure integration services, Seeburger, Axway, Boomi etc..)

Ability to convert business requirements to business processes, technical designs, and integration solutions
-
Strong learning ability and drive to learn new technologies independently
-
Strong ownership mindset; self-motivated and passionate; drive to deliver without being asked

Excellent leadership, communication, visualization and presentation skills in English (German at B2 or higher a plus), able to communicate with technical and business audiences effectively

Experience working in lean-agile organizations a plus
