Ihre Aufgaben


Reporting to the Service Delivery Manager, the Technology Administrator will ensure efficient and accurate administrative support for the Technology team. This vital role will involve close coordination with both internal teams and external third-party suppliers to manage contracts, process invoices, and oversee stock and orders, aligning closely with the business's operational requirements.



Ihr Profil


  • Proven working experience in administrative roles within the IT sector

  • Solid technical background, with understanding or hands-on experience in handling IT contracts, procurement, and invoicing

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Applications, with proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint

  • Experience in handling Source to Contract (S2C) systems and keeping them up to date is a plus

  • Strong organisational skills including attention to detail and multitasking capabilities

  • Experience in managing and overseeing financial transactions, budget administration, and contract renewal processes

  • Problem-solving ability with a knack for identifying discrepancies and ensuring timely resolution

  • Experience in the hospitality industry desirable
