Reporting to the Group Financial Controller in the Central Finance function, the Group Reporting Manager is responsible for the delivery of accurate and timely financial reporting. Leading a team of 4, the successful candidate will drive continuous improvement towards the implementation of a best in class financial reporting and control environment. This is a high profile role working closely with the leadership of both central functions and hotels as well as the Executive team and the parent company finance team. Key Responsibilities:

Delivery of accurate and timely monthly, quarterly and annual financial reporting

Ownership of the end to end Capex reporting process, with review and approval of hotel submissions, presentation to Executive team and tracking of spend

Successful delivery of the annual audit process, acting as the main point of contact with our external auditors and preparing memos on judgemental areas Oversee the completion of the financial statements for the 26 group entities by the team, provide detailed review and comments and ensure sign off by the group deadline. All entities report under IFRS.

Provision of technical accounting advice to the business as a subject matter expert

Ensure implementation of, and compliance with, core financial controls

Ensure Group Accounting Policy is adhered to and make recommendations to keep relevant and up to date

Main point of contact for Parent Company finance team, ensuring they receive all information they need to manage their investment in the Group

Manage external stakeholder relationships including auditors, actuaries and third party management

Support with adhoc reporting, finance support on legal cases, refinancing, group simplification exercises, strategy support and investment appraisals

Management of a team of 4 (2 qualified, 2 training) with commitment to developing talent through training, appraisals and regular 121s
Ihr Profil

Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA), minimum 2 years PQE and Big 4 experience preferred

Strong technical knowledge and experience with IFRS in producing statutory accounts for multiple entities

Experience of managing a team and delivering on multiple workstreams to tight deadlines

Experience of working collaboratively with finance and non-finance stakeholders

Experience of working in a Group or Central Finance function

An eye for detail, willingness to be hands on and a commitment to continuous improvement

Strong Excel skills and experience with SAP preferred but not essential

Hospitality and Leisure experience desirable but not essential
