N3 Engine Overhaul Services (N3) is the European competence centre for the maintenance and repair of Rolls-Royce engines of the Trent series. The joint venture between Lufthansa Technik AG and Rolls-Royce plc is located at the gates of Arnstadt, in Thuringia's largest industrial area "Erfurter Kreuz". More than 700 employees service the engines of 50 international airlines on behalf of Rolls-Royce.

Ihre Aufgaben

• Creation of throughput and time schedules for order processing

• Creating or closing the necessary order structures in the ERP system for order processing

• Control of order processing (disassembly and reassembly of engines or repair flow of components) along the N3 value stream

• Preparation and moderation of control meetings and operational capacity meetings

• Coordination and prioritization of involved departments

• Continuous monitoring of deadlines and the processing progress of orders

• Preparation of status reports and identification of potential risks

• Coordination, initiation and control of measures in the event of deviations from the target or reaction to changed customer requirements

• Close cooperation with the overall value stream management to reduce overall operational impacts

• Participation in the solution or escalation of problems

• Supporting the optimization of control concepts as well as other structural topics and developing structural proposals

• Support and participation in internal team project,

Ihr Profil

• At least 3 years of specialized vocational training and at least 2 years of specialized training (e.g. technician, master craftsman, etc.) or completed 3-year university education (e.g. Bachelors's degree)

• Profound knowledge in production control as well as optimization of production processes

• Professional experience in production planning and control and work preparation desirable

• Very good communication skills, creativity and assertiveness

• Distinct cost, deadline and quality awareness

• Independent, goal-oriented way of working, high level of initiative

• Mastery of the relevant MS Office programs, sound SAP knowledge (modules MM/PP)
