We are looking for a Finance Controller to join our fast-growing team at Squadhelp.com, the world's #1 branding and naming platform, and a 3x Inc 5000 company. Our customers range from early-stage startups to large corporations such as Dell, Hilton, and Pepsi.

The Finance Controller will be responsible for all aspects of the financial operations within the organization, including record keeping, cash flow monitoring, document preparation, payment processing, account reconciliation, and financial analysis. You will also be responsible for developing budget forecasts, generating reports and dashboards, and monitoring compliance. You will also be responsible for analyzing key metrics across different business functions such as Marketplace and Contests.

To be successful in this role, you should have a degree in finance or accounting, excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, and a sound understanding of financial regulations.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in finance or accounting
• 3+ years' experience in a similar role
• Proficiency with financial software and MS Office
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Sound understanding of financial regulations
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
