Provides appropriate individual, group, and family mental health services, and other evidence basedclinical servicesas required.

Coordinates and monitorsclinical servicesfor the youth and family in the community, including mental health,specialeducational services, medication management, andpsychological services.

Regularly reviews and modifies youth-basedplans.

Establishes andmaintains strongrelationship with youth,school staff & partners,parents andfamilies of origin.
*Assists in stabilizationefforts with youthconsistent with the youth's case plan.
*Provides safetyassessment,crisis response, and behavioral stabilization servicesas required.
Ihr Profil
*A Master's Degree, Bachelors considered,in Social Work or comparable Human Services fieldfrom an accredited institution.

A valid professional license (LSW or LPC) as required and acceptable by state or contract regulations.

Spanish/English fluency,verbal and written.

A willingness to work flexible and non-traditional hours as needed.

Proficient use of desktop and laptop computers, smart phones and tablets, printers, fax machines and photocopiers as well as software including word processing, spreadsheet and database programs.
