Ihre Aufgaben

• Checking and account assignment of supplier invoices, bank statements and payment advices

• Processing of central mailboxes, as well as customer and payment portals of the financial accounting department

• Master data maintenance and preparation of asset accounting data

• Assistance with monthly and year-end closing operations

• General office management

Ihr Profil

• Successfully completed training as a financial accountant or tax clerk or a comparable qualification

• First professional experience in a broad-based accounting department

• Experience in the use of common ERP systems would be desirable

• Very good understanding of numbers and confident use of common MS Office programs

• High level of commitment, reliability and a structured way of working

• Good command of written and spoken English
