Ihre Aufgaben

Working closely with your colleagues and cross functionally, you'll serve as a proactive partner for the CCO and you colleagues globally. Your role involves taking charge of and driving our Retail Excellence Strategy, including the development, organization, and execution of the PanzerGlass Retail Training Program. This program encompasses offline and online initiatives within four key training pillars: Instore Category Selling, Industry and Customer Knowledge, Product Knowledge, and PanzerGlass Brand Knowledge.

Additionally, you will be responsible for maintaining our retail reporting platform, SaleMate, to ensure it offers relevant reporting and showcases best-in-class retail execution examples. Your tasks also extend to developing optimal planograms and assisting with their implementation in global key retail locations.

Your responsibilities will encompass:

• Collaborating with field operations teams worldwide to identify training needs and necessary tools for enhancing store associates' skills.

• Efficiently implementing global and local training programs externally within agreed timeframes.

• Creating training programs for external partners and execution plans tailored to local requirements, with global support and approval as needed.

• Managing the global retail online training module and ensuring accessibility in all stores while tracking compliance.

• Ongoing evaluation and quarterly adjustment of training program effectiveness.

• Day-to-day management of SaleMate, including the development of questionnaires and reports to boost product and brand presence in retail.

• Crafting and implementing planograms for key global retailers.

  This exciting role will give you the opportunity to work internationally and with many different stakeholders. You should expect 50 travel days per year.

Additionally, you should be committed to continuous growth and development and should be capable of delivering results and a return on investment from developed training programs. Effective communication skills are a must, along with the ability to conduct analytical research to comprehend partner businesses, markets, and consumer behaviors.

Adaptability to the dynamic landscape of the mobile industry is crucial, and then you should excel in diverse and inclusive team environments.

In addition, you are fluent in English.
