Develops and executes a strategic direction for all Consumer Adhesives categories, aligned with the overall business strategic direction

Drives marketing & brand strategy across all Consumer Adhesives brands via;

Building brand, portfolio, positioning, pricing strategies for a complex portfolio;

Driving end user understading & consumer communication and marketing budget management.

Identifies long-term marketing opportunities, develops strategies and plans

Builds business strategy via

Understanding trade & channel dynamics and meeting the demands with the brands accordingly;

Driving optimization of P&L cost lines

Steering sustainable business solutions (alternative products & suppliers)

Implements global roll-out of new products and programs including communication campaign and eBusiness strategy with adaptation to local insights

Conducts portfolio analysis of market segments with customer penetration, market potential / share, profitability and competition and delivers customer penetration strategies

Acts as the first point of contact for and steers the category / brand teams on local / global / regional level

Leads a team of 4 people responsible for their training & development
Ihr Profil
-
BSc/BA in Business Administration, Engineering or in a relevant field
-
Minimum 7 years of experience in Brand/Category Management at an FMCG company is a must
-
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with aptitude in building relationships with professionals of all organizational levels
-
Strength with strategic and analytical thinking skills combining with critical thinking and problem solving
-
High level of motivation to work in challenging market & category conditions with a can do attitude and resilience.

Excellent oral and written communication skills in English with the ability to interact effectively with all levels of management
-
People Management experience is a must
