Responsible for daily Payouts operational activities in LATAM:
Execute and oversee day-to-day Payouts operations across LATAM.
Ensure the accuracy and efficiency of payout transactions. 2. Ensures correct daily balance in Payouts accounts in coordination with treasury teams in LATAM:
Collaborate closely with treasury teams to maintain accurate daily balances.
Monitor and reconcile Payouts accounts regularly. 3. Daily Payouts accounting and reconciliation in SAP:
Perform daily accounting and reconciliation tasks related to Payouts in SAP. 4. Support month-end closing for Payouts registers:
Assist in the month-end closing process for Payouts registers to ensure accuracy and completeness. 5. Support any ad-hoc Payout projects and new requirements:
Collaborate on special projects and handle new Payout requirements as they arise. 6. Payouts contact point in LATAM with all different areas of the company and partners (Monnet/BBVA/BS2):
Act as the primary contact for Payouts in LATAM, liaising with internal teams and external partners. 7. Solves inquiries about Payouts:
Address and resolve inquiries related to Payouts in a timely and effective manner. 8. Supports Mexico's Treasury Analyst in duties (Closing/Backup/Daily duties):
Provide support to the Treasury Analyst in Mexico, covering closing procedures, backup responsibilities, and daily duties.
Ihr Profil
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
Experience:
Minimum 2 years of experience in Treasury/Payouts operations or a similar role in a multinational environment.
Skills:
Proficiency in SAP and other relevant financial software.
Excel
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks in a dynamic environment.
Knowledge:
In-depth understanding of Payouts/Treasury processes, regulations, and best practices.
Team Collaboration:
Proven ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners.
Adaptability:
Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Languages:
English is a plus.
