Requirements Engineer

Ihre Aufgaben

• You determine the requirements for complex (product) development projects and support the developers with the technical specification.

• You take customer requirements into account and prepare them for product development.

• You act as an interface between management, hardware and software development as well as the test engineers.

• You are responsible for documenting and ensuring the implementation of standards and regulations.

• You regularly review the implementation of the requirements.

• You have the freedom to change and adapt existing requirements processes as well as to identify optimization potentials and to accompany their implementation.

Ihr Profil

• You have a university or master's degree in electrical engineering or a comparable degree with a focus on electrical engineering.

• Ideally, you have several years of professional experience in requirements management / requirements engineering in the field of power electronics, e-mobility, DC microgrids, or similar.

• You can analyze complex tasks and independently develop solution concepts that you implement systematically.

• You are characterized by networked thinking, entrepreneurial action as well as an independent way of working and a great interest in new technological developments.

• You speak fluent German; English does not cause you any problems.
