Ihre Aufgaben

As an in-house lawyer, you will undertake and be responsible for the wide range of legal tasks that arise in the group of companies during the realization of power plant projects. These are primarily tasks from the following areas:

• Drafting and negotiating various contract forms together with commercials and engineers - with a focus on construction law and contracts for work and services

• Legal support of project teams during contract execution

• Management of construction disputes, collaborating with external law firms

• Risk management and insurance solutions

• Legal advice in various fields of law

Ihr Profil

As a lawyer, you should preferably have experience in construction and works contract law, preferably gained in plant construction or in international energy and infrastructure projects. However, we also give qualified and interested young professionals a chance. What is important to us is your enthusiasm for the job as in-house counsel in the international plant construction business. We will give you the opportunity to be trained by experienced colleagues and to take on responsibility quickly. The aim is to gradually give you a range of tasks to work independently in your own field of activities.,

• Completed 1st state law exam and 2^nd state law exam in Germany with a minimum grade of "Satisfactory" ("Befriedigend") or a comparable legal qualification in UK or US (bar exam).

• Enjoy developing practical solutions at a high legal level

• Strong commercial mindset and keen interest in technical matters

• Team player in a project set-up

• Strong communication and organizational skills, initiative, flexibility, curiosity, ability to work under pressure and willingness to travel on business

• Fluency in English and German written and spoken is a must
