As a senior consultant (manager) for HR (m/f/x), you will support our clients by defining strategic alignments and developing tech strategies and infrastructures - thereby driving the development of their HR enterprise management clouds.

Consulting: You will support and advise leading companies in the selection and implementation of HR software solutions.

Managing: With your team, you will take over the project management of large system implementations for our national and international customers in the areas of SAP SuccessFactors and Oracle.

Assessing: As part of our implementation projects, you will analyze requirements, conduct design workshops, and implement SuccessFactors and Oracle for our clients - where quality matters most!

Knowledge sharing: In this role, you will also share your expertise by coaching younger team members professionally and technically in addition to working cross-functionally with colleagues from other HR areas such as Change Management.

Ihr Profil

Degree in business administration, (business) informatics, (business) engineering, business psychology, or similar

Professional background in (HR) IT in an international corporate environment or at a consulting company

Experience leading a workstream in one or more SuccessFactors or Oracle modules in an HR transformation context

Strong skills in presenting, analytical thinking, and MS Office

Willingness to travel and excellent spoken and written German and English
