Ihre Aufgaben
As a Sales Assistant you will be responsible for back office work and coordinate various business requests for Nordics market. You will work cross-functionally and closely support Regional Sales Manager / Country Manager.,

Closely support sales orders and tender offer preparation by identifying customer requirements and securing solutions, for example, product technical specifications, and pricing.

Coordinate & gather information from product team and planning team, as well as After-Sales and Legal departments in Europe and BYD HQ in Shenzhen;

Collect market information via various sources and channels and identify right clients and market opportunities within Denmark.

Collect leads and sales data and communicate closely with Dear sales manager.

Prepare weekly report to the Sales Manager/country manager about the progress of sales/projects/orders and problems with proposed solutions;

Create and maintain CRM (Customer Relationship Management) database;

Process payments of invoices, keep records.

Have opportunities to extend new markets and business
Ihr Profil

1-3 years of relevant work experience;

Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance or Engineering preferred;

Excellent English and Chinese language skills (written and spoken), Nordic language skills will be an advantage;

Advanced WORD, EXCEL, PPT skills;

Strong interest in business, data analysis and electrical vehicles;

Fast learner, with enthusiasm to learn the new technical knowledge of the electrical vehicles and dealership retails;

Able to multitask and handle various urgent issues.
