PreciPoint GmbH, located in Garching near Munich, develops intelligent microscope systems and innovative analysis software, thus contributing to the digitalisation and further development of laboratories. Our customers range from medical laboratories and research institutions to industry. To support our Finance team, we are looking for an Accounting Specialist (m/f/x) on a mini job basis at our office in Garching as soon as possible.
Your tasks # Responsible for preparatory accounting, including the recording of business transactions and events as well as the recording and management of purchase invoices and expenses # Performing account reconciliations and ensuring the accuracy of financial records # Prepare, manage and process employee expense reports in accordance with company policies and tax regulations # Assist in the preparation of monthly and quarterly financial statements # Work closely with other departments to ensure smooth accounting operations
Ihr Profil
Completed commercial training ideally with a focus on accounting or finance
# Proven professional experience in the field of accounting # Experience with SAP and tax law an advantage # Business fluent German and good English skills # Reliable, independent and solution-orientated way of working # Ability to work independently as well as in a team and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environmentWir bieten Ihnen
