Ihre Aufgaben

• Design and develop probe-based or clamp-based contact systems for battery cell formation, charging, and testing process

• Prototype and test product designs to ensure performance specifications are met

• Definition and coordination of test methods and customer-specific performance tests according to the application requirements

• Liaise with manufacturing to ensure scalable production

• Update product designs based on feedback and revised requirements

• Collaborate with quality assurance and customers to ensure products meet industry standards

Ihr Profil

• Extensive experience with probe-based and clamp-based contact systems for battery cells

• Proficient in CAD and simulation software

• Competent in design, assembly, and manufacturing methods of micro-mechanical parts

• Sound knowledge of the calculation and measurement of electrical current distributions, electro-magnetic fields and heat dissipations within and between solid bodies

• Experience with surface finishing technologies

• Advanced problem-solving skills

• Excellent written and spoken English skills are essential
