School grades are important; but they are not everything. We like to see for ourselves whether someone is a good fit for us and whether they have the potential to complete their training with us successfully. Therefore, you are just as welcome with a secondary school diploma as with a high school diploma. No matter what kind of school qualification you have: The motivation has to be right. We need to feel that you are passionate about your chosen career. If you are, you will overcome all the hurdles and achieve a very good result. You should always be well-informed about the respective job profile and should be sure that you see yourself in the requirements mentioned. Can you imagine having fun doing this job for a long time? If you can answer this with a 'yes', you have come to the right place.

If your performance during the in-house training and at school (grade average of at least 2.0) warrants it, we will happily make it possible to shorten the training period. Due to the extended final exam in most of the training occupations, the shortening takes place at the end of the training period.
